My I140 (EB2-I) through current employer has been approved a few yrs ago (unable to file I485 since date is not current, PD Oct 2007). I have 3 yrs Bachelor's (Physics major) and 3 yrs Master's (Computer Sc) degree from India. Was having a conversation with another prospective employer and was told that -

1. If I join them and they apply for GC it can only be in EB3 since I have 3 yrs Bachelor's (although the job description could qualify EB2).
2. I was told that nowadays EB2 applications are more scrutinized.
3. My education evaluation during H1 application says that my Masters is at par with US Masters. But he said that still it won't help to qualify for EB2.

Please advice if he is correct in the above 3 points.
