Q.

PERM withdrawal on Appeal - time frame!

Hi,
My PERM is on appeal status since 2/28/2010 with PD 3/12/2009 and I am running out of 5yrs thus, I need to withdraw the existing PERM and file in new PERM asap.
Could you please tell me how long does it take to withdraw an existing PERM which is on appeal status and what is the process?
