Q.

Do I qualify for EB-2?

Hello,
I have a 3-year Bachelor's degree from Canada, and an MBA (2 year) from an accredited university in the US. My company wants to apply for my Green card, and my job states that MBA is a requirement. Can I apply under the EB-2 category based on my MBA degree from the US? or does my 3-year degree cause a problem for EB-2 purposes? Please advise.
