GC Approved during My Stay away from US

Hi,

I with my wife travelled outside US on Oct-27-2010 with an approved AP valid to Sep-2011. On Feb-17 my and my wife's I-485 is approved. I plan to return to US on Apr-20-2011.I am still employed with US employer and getting salary in US but on long business trips in Europe. Questions:
1. Will there be any problem at port of entry since I stayed away from US 5.7 months?
2. Should I use GC or AP at port of entry?
3. What documents I should carry? How should I be prepared to handle the situation?
4. As per my approved labor my minimum wage is $108K/PA. I currently get $90K/PA. My attorney has informed my employer about this minimum wage requirements from the day my 485 is approved. Does my employer need to honor this? How will I be impacted if this is not honored?
