My daughter is 17, has an Indian Passport, EAD (working intermittently), AP, Driver's Licence from ARkansas. She needs I-94 to be considered for College grants/Loans, FAFSA. Both my wife and I are working on EAD. H1B and I-94 expired. I lost my job in 2009 and working through a contracting company for past 21 months without sending AC21 For my EB3 and I do not want any risks. What is the best risk-free way for her to get her I-94 stamped without going to India (may be Canada or Mexico). Do we have to accompany her? Please give in clear steps.
