Shld. Working Hours & Requirement Be Listed in Notice of Filing

Hello,
My employer is filling PERM labor.PERM requires that we file a Notice of Filling (Internal Posting) to the employer's employees at the facility of the employment. My employer did not list the number of working hours and job requirements in the notice of filing for lack of space. My employer listed the job duties and all the other information mandated by CFR 656.10.
20CFR656.10(d)(4) says the notice must contain the info. required for advertisements by Sec. 656.17(f) and must state the rate of pay.
But Sec. 656.17(f) does not require to state the working hours or job reqs..I am not sure if its okay not to list the working hours and job req. If its not okay can you please forward document that mentions the problem.

Thanks,
Ken
