My H1B has maxed out. I have an approved labor and approved I-140. I am presently in the USA on EAD and Advance Parole.
I want to find out if I can switch job to another company without impacting my Green Card application.
My Green Card applicaiton was filed in 2003 under EB3 category. Since then my job profile has changed significantly wherein earlier I was a developer and now I am a Manager.

I am looking for a Manager/Director role in the new company. What does my new company need to do to continue with the application without which I would be out of status.
