Q.

GC : EB2 or EB3

Background------
Education :
1) Bachelors Degree in Commerce(3 years program), India.
2) Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application(1 Year Program), India.
3) Masters in Computer Application (Lateral entry in 2nd year of MCA after PGDCA. 2 years program), India.

Work Experience : Total 6 years and 10 months
1)3+ years with Current employer(Filling the GC).
2) 3+ years with other employers.

Current Status : H1B valid till September 2013.

Description------
I have Total 6+ years of work experience in IT.
My Masters degree evaluated(in 2007) equivalent to Masters degree in US.

Question for Indu :
Am I eligible to get Green Card file in EB2, if yes then what is the process & fees and if no then why not?
