Q.

PERM related question

Hello,
I have MS in CS from US university and total of 3 years of experience after that before joining current job. Job desc for Sr. Software Engineer says
- MS or BS with 5 + years of experience in CS or related field.
My employer is wiling to file my GC and will soon initiate PERM. With this job desc, can we file in EB2 category ? thanks.
