Q.

EB2 Requirements

Job Decription: Bechelor Degree in CS and 3 to 7 years of Exp.
Does it qualify for EB2?
Or
It has to be like Masters or Bechelor +5 years exp. in Job Description.

Candidate has Masters Degree in CS +7 years of exp. Also Candidate has Bechelor Degree in CS.

Also Can Company apply for h1b and PERM at the same time?
