Q.

Question about porting to EB2

I have 3 yr. Degree from India with 10 yrs exp. Company A filed my G.C(Labor) under EB3 in 2005. Now in 2011, I joined Masters from Online Accrediated University.
My Question is.
Having 3 yr degree + 10 yr exp + Masters from Accrediated Online University, If I find the suitable Job, Can the new employer port my GC under EB2 Category?
