Q.

I140 Premium or Not.

I am a Physical Therapist presently working on my H1B. My employer filed I140 for me in June 2010 regular processing at Nebraska Center. My case has been pending, inspite of monthly inquiries from my companies attorney. I was considering paying myself for premium processing and relaized last week that my Visa screen expires on 2/23/2011. I am working on applying for Visa screen renewal certficate. I believe the whole process can tke up to 3-6 months. My concern is that if they pick up my case for processing while my visa screen certificate is pending they might deny my petition. In your opinion is it advisable to file for premium processing asap so that they process my application while my visa screen is still valid or should I wait and stick with regular and hope they issue RFE e.t.c.
