Company not willing to pay my Privaling wage

Hello,

I joined a company and they filed for my Green card in EB2 quota. I got approved in 6 weeks. My visa for first 6 years ends on Oct 1, 2011. My wife is from Poland so my priority dates are current. but the company is not willing to file for my AOS because the privaling wage is 10k higher than what they are paying me.

They have filed for my I-140 but not AOS. can you please tell me what should i do or what are my other options? they are saying we will increase the pay only according to company standards which is 2-3% and that will take me around 5 years which is lame.

I can get this all done within 6 months but these guys want me to wait 5 years...thats absurd.

Please help
