Q.

i485 - BC issues

1.I don’t have a middile initial (asrepresented in my 485 form). My gov issued BC has “NIL” for my middle initial. This is supposed to represent that I don’t have a middle initial. Is that going to cause issues? or should I get the BC modified and have the Mid. int. left blank.

2.Is it a good idea to submit more evidence then asked? USCIS RFE asked for gov issued BC. My gov issued BC has a date of “1/31/11”. Unsure if USCIS will like this so was thinking of submitting more evidence like hospital issued BC and school certs.

3.In my original submission I had submitted a hosp issued BC that was cut-off. Should I resubmit the fully completed hosp issued BC again? Or just the gov issued BC be enough? Just afraid USCIS might question why I have not resubmitted the hosp issued BC again.
