Q.

Name in AP has got Middle Initial along with middle name

I e-filed to renew my EAD/AP(c9).For 131,I entered the middle initial as well as the given name(first and middle name(passport)),otherwise it didn't let me submit. After I certified the forms , I noticed that the 131 had the Firstname as First&Middle ,MiddleName as MiddleInitial LastName as Last.I called the USCIS.They created a ticket for both 765 and 131 for rectification.Monday I got the AP with my name printed as LastName , FirstName MiddleName MiddleInitial.I also got a reply for the ticket the same day in US mail saying that the typographical mistake is rectified for form 1-765.They did n't do it for I-131.What should I do now?.Meanwhile I went for FP yesterday for 1-765 and the FirstName = (First&Middle) and LastName = Last in their screen as entered by me in the web form for 765.
