I-485 for derivative beneficiary
My wife recently filed I-140 and I-485 under EB1-EA category and both the applications are still pending. I want to file my I-485 as derivative beneficiary, and would like to know whether my application must be filed before her I-485 is approved for me to be considered a derivative beneficiary of her EB application.
If I wanted to file my I-485 after my wife's I-485's approval, would I have to file my petition under F2A category?
My wife and I, both are Indian citizens.
