Traveling to Alaska in a Cruise with EAD/Advance Parole

I am on EAD . My EAD validity is until 09/2012. My AP is until 07/23/2011. I have done 2 EAD extensions already. I don't have H1B

I am planning for a 7 Days Disney CRUISE trip to ALASKA with my family. Trip details:

1. flying from SFO to Vancouver, Canada (Getting multiple entry Canadian Visa) 05/22/2011
2. Cruise boarding at VANCOUVER, CANADA 05/24
3. Cruise leaves to Alaska on a 7 day trip
4. Cruise back from Alaska to Vancouver then back to SFO. 05/24/11

Based on the trip itinerary I am leaving USA 2 times, entering Canada 2 times and then back to USA.

My question is can I travel with my AP in this cruise trip ? I have never travelled outside USA using my AP till date. What kinds of papers and document proof i should carry with me. Please Advise
