my name M S.I am dentist .in 2007 I got the labor certificate .work authorization and travel documents.However. I got fired from my job in March 2008.because the owner of the company discover that I own clinic.right now I work for new company to get the immigration documents one more time I applied for labor certificate : Case Number:

My question:
1-How long I have to Waite to get the labor certificate to be approve.
2-since I have my own company if there is way I can get my company Sponsor my immigration papers
3- can me or my wife go to Syria right now or it is risky somehow.
