Q.

EB-3 to EB-2 (Masters to be done, from where)

I have done B.Com (Hons.) - 3 years from India, Chartered Accountancy from India & then CPA from USA. As per Attorney, I can't submit for EB2. As per him, I should do MBA to get to EB2.
I got a school which gives MBA online which is Andrew Jackson University. Also Aspen University, Colorado is also MBA online and these are cost effective. Does not require GMAT as well. Also these are listed as accredited by US Department of Education on its website, I am not sure for what purpose. (Could be tax credit purpose)
Now, my attorney says not to do MBA from these universities but do it from with REGIONAL accredition but which is really costly. My question what shall I do? From where shall I do MBA? Can I do it from Madurai Kamraaj University (India) USA Chapter as well?
