Q.

H1 transfer on parolee status?

Hi,
I am working for Company A and has valid H1B until Jan 2010 with expired visa. I travelled to India on Advance Parole from Aug 2008 to Sep 2008.

Question is, Company A is merging with Company B and closing Company A very soon. Can I transfer my H1 to Company B even though my status is AOS ?. Both Company A and B owner,location is same.
