Hi,

My wife is currently working as system analyst and has an approved I140 with a PD of July, 2008 on EB2.
She is planning to take a break for 6 months to 1yr, spend some of that time in India and come back on H4.
Q1.If she quits the job, will her approved I140 be still valid with the PD?
Q2. When the dates become current, if the current employer does not have any positions. What are her options?
Q3. She just got her h1 extended until 2013, I'm thinking, once she quite, her employer will revoke her H1. In this case, in the future, can she be applied for a new H1 with the same employer or someone else on the basis of her I140?
