To retain old priority date
My prior employer filed H1-b, EB-2 GreenCard PERM under job code 15-1071.01.
My current empolyer filed H1-b under job code 15-1071.01.
Do I have to ask my current employer to file EB-2 GreenCard PERM under job code 15-1071.01, to be able to port the earlier priority date?
What are my options, when having differing job codes, under which I can retain the old priority date?
It is more than 3yrs old, and so I will save considerable time towards obtaining GreenCard.
