Q.

Eb3 to Eb2 porting

Hello,

My company is looking to port my EB3 140 (database administrator) to Eb2 Sr. Database Administrator. I read somewhere that the job title cannot be the same....will Database administrator and Sr. Database Administrator be considered the same job title? there will be some similar job duties about 20% will that be ok.
