Q.

EB3 to EB2 porting

My current PD is Mar-2004 EB3-India filed with Company-A. I'm with Co-A since Aug-2003. I have 3 year Bachelor and a 2 year Masters degree from India. During the filing I had about 3 years of US work experience and 2 year India exp. I now have an offer from Company-B.

1. Am I eligible to file for a fresh perm application for GC under EB2 from company-A with the given qualification and experience?
2. If yes, would that hold true even if start to work for company-B?
2. If I find another prospective employer(Company-C) to file for GC under EB2 category, will the work experience gained from working for company-A(about 8 years) count well?

Thanks.
