Change Job after Green Card

I apply my i485 on June 28 2010. My green card approved on Dec 17 2010. On Dec 28, I got a letter from employer said that my performance is low and I need to improve performance before Jan 28, 2011. If my performance doesn't improve, they will terminate my employment on Jan 28.

1) I got an offer for a new job. Can I change job now? I already have green card and the letter issue after the day that I got green card and after i-485 180 days. So, I satisfy the permantant intend.

2) Can employer report USCIS and revoke my green card if I change the job?

3) When I change job, I will open company and receive payment from the job. my company will pay me back. Do I need to pay the prevail wages? my company receive a lot of money but I pay me a part of it. I want to save for business
