Q.

I-140 Premium Processing and Possible RFEs

Hi,

My labor got approved in EB3 category. My priority date is October 5th 2010 and my H1B 6th year expires on August 31st 2011. For my case, can I-140 be filed in Premium Processing and what are the advantages and disadvantages of doing that. Can i get h1b 3 year extension instead of 1 year extension beyond my 6th year.

Also, as i dont have the 2010 tax returns yet, what are the possible RFEs in my case.
