Q.

Multiple I140 / 485

ROWEB2 CompA filed 140&485 july10, my spouse is using EAD(she was on H4 before). Comp B filed my labor in dec10 & it is approved, now they are filing 140&485 concurrently.I want to have GC from Comp B as they are current employer.Comp A I140 has a RFE. Now if that gets denied then my wife will lose the EAD status.
1 Do I have to tell Comp B about Comp A 140&485 status, Can Comp B file even though I have a pending 140&485?
2 If we have multiple 485, are we given a choice by the USCIS to pick one?
3 Also Comp B is asking for current status of my spouse- so I have to tell EAD or H4?
4 Do you recommend I file concurrently or first 140 ?
5 Now in the case Comp B files concurrently & if Comp A 140 is denied will that put the comp B application in jeopardy- her current status gets void then?
