Q.

I-140 approved, changing employer

Currently in my 9th year of H1 with employer A expiring in Nov 2011. Waiting to file for I-485(EB3). I want to join employer B who is not willing to file my green card. Employer B is only willing to file for h1 transfer and extension. Questions I have
1. Can employer A continue my green card process
2. Can employer B get h1 extensions based on employer A's I-140.
3. Since I'm in EB3 I may have to wait another 6 or 7 years. So how may times can employer B file for my H1 extension based employer A'a 140.
4. Is it mandatory for employer B to start a green card process?
