Q.

Class of admission for AP

Hi Mrs. Liladhar-Hathi,

I last entered US under H1B visa in Oct 2005. My H1B expired in Nov 2008. I have my 485 pending and I started using my EAD for work . Now what should I fill in for class of admission for renewing my Advance Parole.

My wife last entered US under H4 visa in May 2008. She changed to H1 in June 2008 and does not have the visa stamped. Her 485 is pending and she is currently using H1B. What should I fill in for class of admission for renewing her Advance Parole.
