Reg: EB3 to EB2 Conversion,doing business while I-485 pending
Hi Indu,
greetings! here are my questions.
Q1: I am in EAD and not working for the GC sponsered employer. Quitted after 180 days after getting i-140 approval and after filling i-485.Should i file for Ac21?
Q2: I am planning to convert to EB2 from EB3 with my current employer? Is there any issue?
Q3: My wife who is having EAD is planning to do business(LLC)? Do u see any issues while i-485 is pending? she is dependent on my GC. Will it be a problem on later GC or naturalization stage?
