Revoking of I-140 after AC 21 portability
My I -140 was approved in June 2007. I applied for I-485 in July 2007. I am in EB-3 green card category with PD Jan 2005.
I recently applied for AC 21 portability when I moved to a new employer. My new employer already filed all the relavent paperwork to
USCIS for AC 21 portability.
Can my old employer still revoke my approved I-140? Would it affect my Green card processing?
If I get fired with my new employer, can I still go back to my old employer?
