Q.

PD Port

Under what circumstances priority date can be ported? Here is my case...
I have applied I-140 basing on existing labor (labor substitution) with the currently company. My I-140 is pending and I filed I-485. If I quit the current company and apply new labor followed by I-140, can I use the priority date? What if the I do the same with current employer?
