Q.

Can I do more than one job on EAD?

My priority date is Aug-2006
I-140 approved in Jan 2007.
Employer has not shared any case no/receipt no or document related to I-140.
Current Status is EAD.

I am getting another part-time job opportunity and would like to take it. This part-time will be for short term (~ 6months) so don't want to leave current employer.

Can I do more than one job on EAD? Will there be any legal issue for doing two jobs on EAD? If I can do it then under what clause it covered? I cannot do it legally what legal things can stop me to take another job. If I can do two jobs then do I need to inform anything to USCIS about? After starting second job will there be any chance to get RFE? If yes generally what kind of RFE may come?
-- Thanks, Shrini
