Q.

EB3 to EB2 (India) Porting

EB3 : PD Nov 2004 ( substitue case), I-140 approved in Jan-2009. I-485 was applied in July-2007. Medical and Finger printing in 2007.

EB2: Labor filed in Aug-2010 and approved in Nov-2010.
I-140 is applied on Dec-15-2010 under premium processing retaining old PD (Nov-2004).
Questions.
1. What am I suppose to do once new 140 is approved to get my GC?
2. Will I be required to go through medical exam/finger print again before getting GC as my medical exam/finger printing was done in 2007?
3. Is there any possibility that they will call me for interview before approving GC?
4. Currently I am out of US and no one stays at the address ( US) they(USCIS) have on the file. How do I avoid getting my card delivered at old address? Can that be delivered to my attorney's office?
