Q.

Marriage & Changing companies after green card approval

Hi,
My current status is:
Aug02-Aug04- Master in Electrical Eng.
Oct04-Feb05- Comp A
Feb05-Sep07- Comp B
Sep07-Jan09- Comp C
Jan09-Cur- Back to Comp B

Comp B applied for EB2 Green Card,
Pri. date: 07Jan10
I140 and I485 concurrent, receipt date: 27Jul10
I140 approved: 09Nov10
I485 card production ordered: 10Dec10, Card not received

Married to US citizen late Nov10, didn't do any marriage based green card application since I was about to receive EB2 based green card.

* Should I inform USCIS about my marriage? what are the advantages? disadvantages?
* How soon can I change companies? Current offer is same job description, but is about 25% more pay. Hard to decline :) Should I wait for card in hand? I think it is a problem for citizenship, but I'm married?

Thanks alot
