i have a question regarding postponing fingerprinting(FP)appointment multiple times for green card application. i have postponed my fingerprinting appointment twice already because of a travel and other appointments conflicts with the FP appointment. i am currently traveling outside the united states, and i am scheduled to be back to the states on Dec 31st this year, however, i just learned from my lawyer that USCIS sent me another FP appointment for Dec 21st 2010. my question is, if i reschedule my FP appointment for the 3rd time, will that jeopardize my green card application, or cause any complications on my green card application? in other words, is there a limit to how many time an application can postpone his/her FP appointment?.
