i-485 Processing from H-1B
Initial H-1B Dec 11 2001 from Sydney Australia This is my third H-1B visa. I-140 approved Aug 09 2005. I-485 lodged July 30th 2007. Interview and fingerprints Oct 11 2007. H-1B expires July 21 2009. What do I have to do to ensure continued validity.( renew H-1B or EAD ?).
Do you expect the processing times to advance enough for our GC before July 2009.
