Have EAD and have a perm job offer from a well knowm company.
1)Is it mandatory to invoke ac21, what happens if I don't, i have good relations with sponsor. what do i do if rfe issued for sending current payslips
2)I use EAD and invoke ac21 and my sponsoring employer does not revoke 140 what happens?
3)The new job does not work out can I still go back to the old sponsoring company,if they do not revoke the 140 and do I have to file AC 21 again?
4)Can i hold two H1's, H1 from the spnsoring comp, h1 from the new comp and invoke AC 21 or does using EAD invalidate my H status (i have travelled on parole). I mean have the new company file H 1 and invoke AC21 at the same time.
5)Can i invoke AC 21 multiple times i.e. from company A to B then to C.
