Q.

EB3 to EB2 same employer or new employer

I am currently working with COMP1 on H1B, since Aug 2006. They filed Greencard in EB3 category with
priority date as Jan 2006. Have pending 485 and valid EAD I am eligible for EB2.
I asked COMP1 to file EB2(labor and 140) and port it to existing 485 date for faster greencard. COMP1 agreed and they are in the process of labor filing.
Now, COMP2 wants to hire me and willing to apply EB2.What should i make sure to join COMP2?
1. COMP2 has to do H1 transfer?, filing AC21?
2. if COMP2 files EB2(they are willing to do), can that be ported to existing 485(COMP1) with Jan2006 priority date?
3. Will there be any issues(how to make sure no 485 cancellation from COMP1 etc.)
4. Which is preferable staying with COMP1 or join COMP2 for faster greeencard.
