Q.

EAD -> H-1B

Current employer (Computer-related):
- Started H-1B Aug 2003.
- Filed GC (EB3-I,June 2004).
- Filed I-485 in July 2007; I-140 approved Dec 2008.
- 3rd H-1B filed in March 2009.

Earlier this year:
Got part-time MBA March 2010. Empl. promoted me to Finance. Employer withdrew H-1B and I moved to AOS. Currently working on EAD: expires July 2012.

Now:
Received offer in Finance at different firm.

Qs:
* Can I move jobs on EAD?
* What if USCIS issues RFE/EVL?
* If I were to move back to H-1B, is there any risk that my PD would be lost (against future EB2 PERM)? Would I need to exit the country, get my H-1B stamped and then join the new employer? Or could my new employer apply for a COS (no visa stamping)?
* What happens if current employer revokes/withdraws my approved I-140?
