Current Status: EAD, I-140 approved, I-485 pending under EB3 Category. Working full time for sponsoring employer and no intention to quit any time soon. Wife is having EAD as well.

I want to start a online service business as LLC.

1. Will this affect my I-485?
2. Do I have to let my current employer/lawyer who filed my I-485 know about this?
3. Can I work part time for the LLC in addition to my full time job?
4. Can my wife work full time for this LLC?
5. Will this affect our travel on Advance Parole?
6. Do I have to let USCIS know about this? If so, How?
7. Can I hire people, issue pay check, sign contracts etc as manager/owner of the LLC?

If you list steps/actions to take for starting LLC with EAD and any key items to remember it would be useful.
