Q.

I-94

I have H1B and EAD from Company A. I am in H1B Status. My H1B is going to expire next month 12/9/2010. My EAD is going to expire August 2012. If the company doesn't extend my H1B. Do I need to apply/extend my I94 till the EAD to date. Do I need to do any other procedures before or after my H1B expiry.
