AC21 Filling Issue
I have my 140 approved from employer-1 with Labor as 'Computer Programmer' Around 2 years ago, I took a permanent position with employer-2(on EAD) as "QA & Testing Manager" under IT with around $15K more the employer-1 LCA pay.
My employer-2 is a very big company and they don’t support any other ad-hoc request documentation for GC immigration, other than online employment verification and I cannot get any supporting documentation regarding my 'Job duties' with Evaluation from Company HR. I have an initial offer letter which mentions my designation and also that I work under IT division. Is AC21 must and should according to ‘US Immigration Law’? In my situation Is it mandatory to file AC21 at this time, If I don’t file AC21 what are the consequences and are they remediable at that time?
