JOB Change - EAD
Hi Indu,
my Green card was filed in 2007(concurrent filing) and my i-140 is approved January 2010. I have got a query on i-485 in Feb 2010 about current employer ,wage etc and it was answered in time.
The status of the application is "RFE Received " , it never changed to further .I have got a new employment offer with another company for full time. Can i join and Do i need to have my i-140 with me to file Ac-21? since my employer dint give me yet .
My priority date is : 2004 Jan -EB3.
