My Case:- GC Sponsored under EB3, Labor(06/2009) and I140(07/2010) Approved
Used 6 years of H1B, Currently on H1B extension which is valid until 06/2011. Employer is planning to apply for 3yr H1B extension in Dec.
Country - Sri Lanka

My questions are
1) Once I get the 3yr extension, whether I can use that H1B to transfer to another job ? In other words the extension H1B permit is similar to the normal H1B OR I have to stick with the current employer to keep the extension valid?
2) My wife currently on H4 and currently on my GC app. She is a medical graduate and applying for residencies this year. If she goes with sponsor J1 visa, Do I have to remove her from my green card application? In otherwords her taking the J1 sponsored visa will create problems for my green card process
