While I gather my vaccaination records, I was thinking about submitting I485 without medicals. My EB2 I140 (ROW) just got approved.

If USCIS does reject the 485 application due to nonavailability of medicals, do I lose the $1010 filing fees? or does that get refunded.

If they do accept the application, then by the time USCIS comes about looking at the application, they can issue a RFE and I can reply back with the medicals. Does that sound right? Or I should be able to send them on my own as well once the medical results are ready, right?
