Q.

Salary after Green Card?

Green Card approved (EB3) mid of this year.

Current salary is 10% lower than it's supposed to be "after Green Card".

Company doesn't raise salaries during the year just at the beginning of it. So higher salary would not start before next year, 6 months after receipt of the Green Card.

I have been working for my sponsoring employer now for over 10 years, so the transition process is not really visible in their eyes. Also the Green Card approval came at an unexpected time.

Q1: Will this cause a problem at the stage of Naturalization or renewal of the Green Card in general?

Q2: If I leave the sponsoring employer after 6 months with a W2 that states I earned 10% less than "required after Green Card"? Will that be an issue later on?
