First Name UNKNOWN in Labor Filing

My First Labor(PERM) was filed in 2008 with the Name as:
First Name: Unknown, Last Name: ABC

which was rejected saying the form is incomplete in the 2009.

My Lawyer immediate filed a second labor (PERM) in April 2009 with the same detail i.e. (First Name: Unknown, Last Name: ABC) and with better rate so as to satisfy the DOL wage requirements, this was also rejected in April 2010. Same Reason : Form incomplete.

This time MTR was filed with explanation like i have a single name and that is there in all the records, 10th, 12th, College, Experience, H1B stamp, US Driving lisence and Social Security Card so why is it being rejected. This was filed in May 2010 and we have not heard any thing from DOL since. Can you help me as to what we should do now or any other guidance.
