Q.

Starting a CPA(LLC or C Corp) firm on EAD

Hello,

I'm currently working on H1-B for my GC sponsoring Company as a Business Analyst. I also have EAD through them and my GC priority date is Dec 2006 EB2 India.. I recently got my CPA license and would like to start a CPA firm and start tax services.I will still be working fulltime for my sponsoring company till i get my Green Card.
My questions are

1)Can i open a CPA firm(C corp or LLC) using my EAD and file taxes for others and charge money.
2)If so.. should the services that i perform for my CPA firm be same as my GC application job responsibilities.
3) Will I lose my H1 status if i open a Firm using MY EAD.
4) Will i have any issues with my GC process if i open a firm

Since im not Married in still using My H1 B in case my spouse needs H4 status

Thank you
Ram
