I485 Application type in Part 2
Dear Dimitar, What is the application type in Part 2 of the I485 when I have an I140 pending. I am applying concurrently in EB2 and my priority date is current.
I saw somebody that gave
"h: 8CFR 245(a)(2)(i)(B),NEW CONCURRENT FILING RULE,I-140 Pending"
What will be the application type for my wife who is on F1 status? Is an affidavit of support required for my wife?
